Catalan cake
- Oli Mediterranea Virgin Extra olive oil
- 1 cup Olive Oil.
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt.
- 3 cups Flour.
- 2 cups Sugar.
- 5 Eggs.
- 3 tablespoons Baking Powder
- 25 Hazelnuts
- Mix all ingredients together to a smooth paste
- Add the hazelnuts to the mixture.
- Cook in the oven at 400 F for 35 minutes.
