Catalan cake

  • Oli Mediterranea Virgin Extra olive oil
  • 1 cup Olive Oil.
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt.
  • 3 cups Flour.
  • 2 cups Sugar.
  • 5 Eggs.
  • 3 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 25 Hazelnuts
Recipe:
  1. Mix all ingredients together to a smooth paste
  2. Add the hazelnuts to the mixture.
  3. Cook in the oven at 400 F for 35 minutes.
